I am in network with United Health Care (UHC), Optum, Regence, UMR, Select Health, and BCBS plans and accept their contracted rates.

Private Pay Fees

Intake session (50-60 minutes) - $185

Ongoing individual therapy session (45-55 minutes) - $165

Couples/Relational ongoing therapy session (45-55 minutes) - $165

Group therapy assessment - $175

Group therapy - $85

Sliding scale fee: I may offer a sliding scale fee for a limited number of clients based on need and life situation. Please speak with me if you feel you need a sliding or reduced fee for services.

Out-of-network and superbills

I offer superbills (a detailed receipt) to my private pays clients. This allows you to seek partial reimbursement from your health insurance provider. Most insurance providers would consider me an out-of-network provider. It is helpful to contact your health insurance provider to talk about their reimbursement rates for out-of-network care.
